I've got an all-inclusive 7day holiday from Alihoco (allinclusive.co.uk) last year in September in Crete. A few days later after I've paid I've got a call from them asking me for extra cash for another night because I was arriving early in the morning (didn't they know this when they published the package?). Arriving at Heraklion airport I had the unpleasant surprise to discover that nobody was waiting to transfer me to my hotel. All the other tourists where getting in their buses and leaving while I had to get a taxi (no buses at that time of night) to my hotel. The fare was 100Euros. During my stay I've tried to contact them by email to at least arrange the return transfer but they haven't bother to reply so I've ended up paying another 100Euros on my way back. The weather was gorgeous the hotel was OK the food good but this was my first time when an all-inclusive package did not include hotel transfer. My advice about alihoco: Avoid the cheap bast*rds!

I have just returned from a holiday with my husband at the 4-star, Almond Casuarina Hotel in Barbados. I booked the holiday through Alihoco - www.allinclusive.co.uk and I can only say that the service they provide is absolutely first rate. Their website looks great, is easy to use and very comprehensive. I had no problems finding this great value, all inclusive holiday and when I called Alihoco to make the booking, their staff were very helpful and sorted everything for me. The holiday itself was amazing value. The hotel is located on Turtle Beach in St Lawrence Gap and is very impressive with tremendous rooms and facilities, a selection of great quality restaurants with an amazing choice of food, varied and good quality entertainment every night and friendly and helpful staff. I would certainly recommend Alihoco to anyone looking to book a great value holiday with a company that provides a friendly and efficient service. Even their luggage tags are brightly coloured so you can easily spot your cases on the carousel!!! Full marks!

I have just returned from a fabulous holiday at the Hilton Hotel Sharks Bay. I received a very ggod deal price wise form ALIHOCO and an excellent service. The website was easy to use and allowed me to book everything evn the airport parking.It is a new company and I would recommend it to anyone and plan to book with them again. Thanks ALIHOCO.

I booked a holiday to Lanzarote through Alihoco. Alihoco were a delight to deal with. I found their website really user friendly and found a wide range of holidays. I was quickly able to choose a holiday as all the information they provided was very accurate. I also found Alihoco great value for money as their prices were significantly cheaper than other websites I had looked at. The customer service was also first class as it wasn’t long before I received my holiday documents. I am already looking to book a second holiday through them and have recommended them to all my family and friends.

Just returned from 9 excellent days in Lanzarote booked through Alihoco.

From start to finish the process of searching and booking was so easy and simple to follow. The website is easily the best i've used and allowed me to amend the holiday to my needs. I was able to opt out of transfer from and to the airport as i was aware of where i was going and didn't want to use the facility. It makes you feel in charge of your holiday rather than just another booking to a company

The holiday cost compared to others was considerably cheaper, but to me what impressed me the most was that after booking Monarch actually cancelled the flight, within 24 hours I was given three alternative options of extending my holiday shortening or just moving it slightly. Its easy to get customer service right when everything goes to plan but it was nice to know that if things did go slightly off course they were able to move swiftly and solve all problems, even if the problems were not of their making.

In short i have recommended Alihoco to everyone that has asked and am already looking to book for next year but only through Alihoco.

I have just returned from a fantasic relaxing holiday in Rhodes, which I booked through Alihoco.

Their website was very easy to use, but I decided to give them a call as I couldnt decide where I wanted to go. The advisor was very friendly and helpful and ran a few searches for me to find the best places on offer. Once the booking was made I received my confirmation email straight away, followed by all my flight tickets, hotel details and transfer tickets.

The hotel was lovely, very clean and good food. Everthing ran smoothly apart from our return flight which was delayed by 2 hours.

I even got an email from them once I was home asking if my holiday went well! Excellent customer service.

I will definately use Alihoco again.
