I had a really bad experience with this agent. Initially I got a good quote for the international tickets, about 20% cheaper than other agents. I was told that I can have the same priced tickets within two weeks of the quote, usually you can only hold tickets for about one week. When I tried to pay for the tickets, within a week of the quote, they said the airline is not honoring the price anymore and I have to pay the higher price. I never had that happen before. Needless to say that I did not go ahead and book the tickets with this agent as a result.

Although Air K Travel offer cheap fares, don't buy using a credit card, as the payments are complex. They try to use your card directly to buy from the airline. So if you are a family of 4, then the card will be used 4 times. You don't know which airline they have used the card with. Instead, they could have charged one wholesome amount to their account and used it from there.

They will not contact you to inform of anything. You have to call them every day to check the progress. Most of the time they promise to call you back, but they keep you waiting for their call.
