is by far the worst travel enouter ive ever had. We wanted flights to Thailand and knowing they can be expensive we got our money together early, deciding to book in January sale for a flight in August. The travel agent was very helpful and offered us a great flight. I paid a £600 deposit. They said they woudl send me a confirmation however this never arrived. Long story short they failed to get the flight they promised however rather tahn admit this they pretended they had it for 5 weeks before admiting they lost it, by which time we completly missed the sales and nearly all the good flights were gone, we ended up having to pay and extra £240 each to get any flights at all with a new travel agent as they had all been sold by the time they admited to me that they had messed it up

NO apology, no compensation, no offer to find fights of equal value and cover the costs themselves. THanks for nothing!
