We've just been to Canada with 1st Class Holidays. Yes, the travel documentation looked good, but we had several errors in the first few days such as a hotel expecting us for 1 night when we had booked for 3 (with 4 of us in one room rather than the expected two room suite!), and the company booked for our first excursion had never heard of us. But our main issue was with the attitude of 1st Class Holidays. The documentation they provided put the onus on US to check every pre-booked activity, or ferry, or taxi 24 hours ahead - 9 times in all - a real pain when you have contracted with a travel company to do this for you. And when things went wrong there was no sense of support from 1st Class Holidays who simply passed the responsibility on to the agents they used in Canada. We will not use them again.

Booked a holiday with this company, for a coach holiday to Eastern Canada. We got what we thought was a good price for this holiday, going to places that we wanted to see, at a time we wanted to go. We were impressed with the efficiency of the company. We had an initial problem, which they quickly sorted out. ( I feel that this is how you find out which companies are good at customer care, when there is a problem, and they sort it out quickly). We got a very nice wallet from them, with all our documents in. Everything was detailed in there that we may need. Telephone numbers for companies supplying each part of the holiday.

Our check in and flights from Manchester to Toronto were very good. We had a delay getting our luggage when we arrived but all other parts of the holiday were excellent. We were met by a lady with our names on a board, and she took us outside to get our taxi to the hotel - a Lincoln limo. What a great start to a holiday.

The rest of our holiday was very well organised, and we saw everywhere we wanted to.

I would recommend this company, on our experiences, and could find no faults with them.

Booked a holiday to canada through this tour operator what a terrible mistake that was from the start everything was booked incorrect the flights incorrect times 10 hours difference, hotel rooms not booked and as for the administration dept at 1st class holidays need to go back to school firstly they are so rude to you once they have yout final payment. Myself and my wife were going to canada for our anniversary so we decided to book aall fairmonthotels and the rocky train then a cruise in vancouver. We should have booked them direct with the companies as when we had a problem when we arrived at calgary we called the out of hour numbers only to be told that they can not help the staff at first class holidays are so rude the lady even said "what are you calling us for you need to sort this out yourself" then even used swearing we had to terminate the call as my wife was so upset. Needless to say we will never use 1st class holdays again - this company needs to change its name as it is definatlely not a 1st class service. the after service is the worst i have ever had the misfortune to use, the adminstration team is thw worst ever especially sara so rude and so many mistakes from the word go. Having spent over 15k on our special holiday only for this company to ruin it.

Do yourselves a favour and book with some other company if you book with this company think again as you will not receive what you have booked or paid for.

When we booked through 1st Class Holidays we didn't have to worry about anything. All we did was turn up at the airport on time. The flights, cars on arrival, hotels and our hire car was all taken car of. The enthusiasm of the friendly staff and their knowledge of Australia meant we were in safe hands. I told them I had always wanted to visit Fiji and they explained our options for a stopover and helped us choose a resort. Their advice on sightseeing tours in Australia and even recommendations on places to eat ensured the whole holiday exceeded our expectations. All in all a fantastic service from start to finish
