DO NOT BOOK TICKETS WITH 1DER FLIGHTS, ABAQUS TRAVEL OR ECONOMY TRAVEL

I HAVE NEVER MET A COMPNAY WITH SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD NEVER TELL ANY ONE TO BOOK WITH THEM THEY SHOULD HAVE THEIR LICENCE TAKEN AWAY FROM THEM!

I BOOKED TICKETS TO GOA WITH NEIL AND NEVER RECIVED MY E TICKETS I CHASED HIM EVERYDAY AND THE SAME ANSWER IT WILL BE WITH YOU ON MONDAY OR THE FOLLOWING DAY. THAT DAY NEVER CAME AND THEY ALREADY HAD MY MONEY IN. NEIL EVENTUALLY STOPPED ANSWERING MY CALLS AND HIS COLLEGUES KEPT TELLING ME THE SAME THING. A WEEK BEFORE THE HOLIDAY I GOT TOLD NOTHING WAS THERE AND THEY WERE REFUNDING ME THE MONEY WITH NO HOLIDAY. I EVENTUALLY WENT DOWN TO THE OFFICE AND DEMANDED A REFUND AND TOLD THEM EXACTLY WHAT I THOUGHT OF THEM IF YOU CAN DONT BOOK WITH THEM!

Never dealt with such a terrible company.

Would not wish their service on my worst enemy.

As the above reviewer stated, we also held a flight with a £200 deposit. After a week I called to speak with someone who said the person I booked with had been fired. And That I would need to pay more and change my dates slightly.

I spoke with the airline who said the cost of seats had not gone up and this was a trap by the company.

I paid the extra and awaited my E-ticket. The ticket never came and although I was constantly told it would, in the end they said I would again have to pay more.

I am now awaiting my refund for the amount in full (£1100)

We booked flights with Abacus who also trade under the names Economy travel and 1 Der Flights

We agreed a price and paid a deposit. They gave us 2 weeks to pay. After 7 days we contacted them to pay the balance. They told us we had to pay £130 more. When we asked for an explanation they said the airline had increased the price. We phoned the airline direct. They told us they had not had an increase at all.

They then put the phone down on us.

We are at this time trying to recover our £200 deposit from them
