Do was fantastic and organised many parts of stay in Hanoi and Halong Bay. His hotel and cruise recommendations were great. The hotel (Gia Bao Grand Palace) was in fantastic location just near the Hoam Kiem Lake and Old Quarter. I think its a better than the Old Quarter as its not as busy especially at night. The cruise organised for Halong Bay was exceptional. I can not recommend Do and Local Tours highly enough.

Went thru Luan for our trip. From the communication to the day of coordination everything went very smoothly. As we went as a big group, to get it coordinated was difficult but Luan did it professionally and we were all pleased with what we had. Really enjoyed and recommend Luan. Value for price definitely.

Our experience here was great!! This hotel is very well located in the center of the Old Quarter. It is close to so many good street food and cafés, as well as markets and the lake. Luan was great at communicating and even helped us plan an overnight trip to Halong Bay! He really did everything he could to make sure our trip to Vietnam went smoothly, from invitation letter to airport pick up to our trip to Halong Bay, even when we changed our plans a bunch of times. This listing is in a hotel and the staff were all helpful. Definitely recommend!
