HTS Tour company were able to organise a Hanoi city and 2day - 1night Halong bay cruise for our group of 20 people very easily with few issues, in a matter of hours. The tour was much cheaper then the online rates. The office personnel for HTS tour in Old Quarter (Hanoi) were always friendly and were eager to please during our dealings with them. A travel guide was also provied for the entire trip from hotel pick-up on the bus, the cruise and the hotel return. Mr. Hung (our tour guide) was knowledgable and friendly during the trip and provided electronic copies of all the photos he took of us during the tour at no cost.

The Halong Bay tour was a highlight of our trip.

We had a great time in Vietnam. The tours were booked through HTS Tour. We had arranged the tours through the internet prior to our departure which was very easy. Ms Lily was always very prompt in her responses and went out of her way to make the tours fit our interests and time schedule. We visited Hanoi, Halong, Sapa, Hue, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City. There were no glitches in any of our reservations and our transportation, accommodation and meal arrangements exceeded our expectations. We had a guide who became our best friend on the trip and he took extra time with us. Every tour was organized so well and very interesting. Transport and lunches were all included as well as English speaking guides, HTS tour helped make our trip to Vietnam very memorable. I would highly recommend HTS Tour as they will provide you with a great experience in Vietnam.

We booked our packages tours in Hanoi very quickly and efficiently online with fast and helpful communications.All our travel arrangements and accommodation were booked expertly and we had a marvelous experience throughout our two weeks. All hotels were of an excellent standard and value and the modes of transport, our trip in Halong bay, Sapa trekking etc. were excellent. The travel agency owner gave us his direct contact number so if there were any small problems we had someone to contact straight away. He speaks English fluently which helps and is very reassuring. The restaurant was so good we visited it again for several meals afterwards in our extended stay in Hanoi.We truely want to say : thank you so much .We will be back and recommend you to our friends.

We are a family of 5 and used HTS Tour after comparing them to the likes of Intrepid and the Imaginative traveller etc. We thought they were fantastic. The price was more than I expected, but comparable to many other agencies, and we enjoyed the entire experience. We saw other guides in Sapa and felt quite happy that we went with HTS as the other guides' English and tours left much to be desired. The best part for us was that all the details (train tickets, transfers, private car to Halong Bay) we're all taken care of, and all we had to do was be ready. We had a really great time, and I thank HTS for their organization. Our guide spoke exceptional English and full of information, he was streets ahead with info and was also a very funny guy, other guides were not as friendly as he was. Thanks again, it was a great family time.

We highly recommend HTS tour & transport for travel in Vietnam, we enjoyed our trip for 6days/ 5nights . They arranged all our lodging, internal transportation, hotels, restaurants and local tour guides... The HTS tour company was easy to deal with via email prior to the trip. Please thanks her email and promt replies at all times. They helped us fit in everything we wanted to and allowed for last minute changes. Once in country, everything was super smooth. Guides were punctual for airport pickups, efficient for city tours. The chosen hotels were excellent. Restaurants they recommended were great as well. They were really in tune to our needs. Plenty of bottled water and clean bathrooms along the way. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was wonderful. I would definitely use HTS tour & transport again. We booked first a 2D/1N tour to Halong bay ( Legacy Cruise ) . Besides enjoying the scenery, the whole tour went very well

The package was reasonably priced and my tour guide Hung was fun to travel with us, very helpful and knowledgeable about the sites we had visited.The cabin was clean and food was delicious.Food is absolutely excellent and you only pay extra for drinks. Besides cruising on the bay, I love the Hang Sung Sot cave- Amazing Cave.The highlight has got to be kayaking around the caves and cliffs well after sunset by moonlight
