Exceptional service from our agent. It's hard to explain just how good the service was. He not only helped us plan our vacation, we also had this comfortable feeling that she was in our corner all the way. My husband is incapacitated and has a wheelchair and her interest in our progress and suitability of our accommodations during and after our vacation was special. I've never worked with a travel agent before that was so helpful.

We don't usually return to the same vacation location so soon but if we can work with her again, we will return to Ireland next year for certain!!

I have traveled all over the world and Ireland was one of the few countries I hadn't visited so I just had to get there this year.

I started researching and contacted a few tour operators. It became obvious very quickly that Discovering ireland were the most attentive and responsive and I started to exclusively plan with them.

The service was absolutely excellent. Not only did they advise me on planning the best vacation we ever had, we could tell that our agent  really cared that we enjoyed our trip.

My test after a vacation is would I go there again and would I use the same tour operator. The answer isn't always yes even when the vacation is great but on this occasion the answer is a resounding YES to both questions.

Our stay in Dublin and the car rental made travel to Belfast a snap. The recommendations of places to see were just perfect.

Our flights were also delightful and we had no challenges at all. We were in great hands with our agent's assistance. We will certainly connect in the future as our future plans will certainly include travel to Ireland.

Even when we got home we got a "Welcome Home" letter, a very nice touch!!
