It was a great pleasure to use the service by BCN travel.

I personally chose to use a hop-on-hop-off bus, which I then liked most. Barcelona is a very beautiful city with plenty of sites to go. And of course, all those sites were differently located.

The service was amazing. No need to wait for the bus. Information (audio guide) was given was sufficient with plenty of details about the city and history.

I would certainly use BCN travel services next time when I go to Barcelona. And BCN is a city which you have to go again.

The shuttle collected us at the airport correctly and in time and brought us yo the terminal of the Grand Holiday. Perfect arranged.

12 days later vice versa: a taxi take over the shuttle was a bit late but drove us fast en correct to the airport.

I used BCN Travel for a transfer from the Barcelona airport to the city centre. I enjoyed their services very much. I will recommend them without any doubt.

Both lines are touching the most important points of the city. Staff is helpfull. The audio guide could be more detailed (instead of lot of music). The 2 hour cirle is too long, and if the lines would cross each other more times it would be munch bigger value.

arrived at airport. paid for a shuttle but ended up with a private driver. was surpised. no problems getting to the hotel. would recommend the red bus as you see the city and able to stop off wherever you want. had a great time in barcelona

The Barcelona card was very helpfull. The pepole don't speek english.

GREAT LOCTION AND APARTMENT THAT TICKS ALL THE BOXES BRILL

The information was very clear and easy to understand. The Driver stod there in time with a sign with my name. The transfer took me from A to B with no hazzle and it didn´t took longer than 25 min from the Airport to the place i stayed. I am impressed that you sent me details about Barcelona with recommendations on what to do and where to visit. Very nice! I enjoyed my stay in Barcelona and next time I will use your recommandation even more. I will recommend you to my friends if they ever go to Barcelona. I will come back for sure! El Clasico was fantastic and it´s a memory for Life.

We only booked a taxi, we arrived at the assigned meeting point one hour early, but a representative was there, she attempted to get the taxi earlier but he was not available. but was prompt at the designated time. There seemed to be a lot of paper to print off for this taxi ride, but they only required one particular page. All in all I was very pleased with the service. The instructions were clear and explicit and exact.

I was picked up on time on both occasions. The drivers were pleasant and the rates were reasonable. I would definitely use BCN again
