Schengen Mobile Visa Service

I needed to apply for French Schengen visa, and had a very limited time when my husband's passport was available before he had to travel. I searched through a number of agencies, and contacted some. I described my situation in detail, but they came back with standard answers "yes, we can arrange a visa", and giving dates when I couldn't apply. The sites were also quite generic and not covering in detail application process - where and how documents are handled. It was usual to see spelling mistakes on the sites, too which didn't help to build confidence about them. Also, it appears that there is no common practice of courier service, and it is necessary to bring documents to the agent's office. I'm working full time and that would cause inconvenience during a working day.

So, I found Mobile Visa service, and their site contained straightforward answers to all my questions - crisp and clear, although the contact details were not 100% looking professional (hotmail account). BUT. They responded to my enquiry promptly, in a very polite professional manner - and it was clear they read my mail and were able to offer the service I needed.

Mobile Visa offers courier service, and a pick up of my documents was arranged on Monday. But - no one turned up. It was a bit disappointing. So I left messages & email, and next day they came back with hundreds of apologies - there was a typo in the scheduling date.

They collected documents, and although there was a french public holiday next day, which increased the application cycle, they managed to get all documents back on time. All was delivered to my office, and all was quite efficient after all. I would recommend them
