We have never taken payment for a Transit Visa from any client. My Friend paid for the transit visa and the credit card shows that she has paid but they kept emailing and saying nothing has been paid.
Of course if you want to contact them you can't....
You either have to get a stupid subscription which is extra $99 or nearly $4 a minute to speak to someone..........
DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Spoke to the Australian Embassy and they have advised they never heard of them....

Australian Immigration Made Easy
I used National Visas for my permanent residency application for Australia and was very happy with the results.
I was assigned an experienced & dedicated contact (Simon) to deal with throughout the whole process which was made very easy as most of the documentation was already completed for me.
The process is quite complex if you do it on your own and I'm glad I had the assistance of National Visas to make sure my initial application was as good as it could possibly have been.
I was expecting quite a lengthy process as it's not normally a quick process but once my application was ready to submit, it came back after a few weeks being successful.
I'd be more than happy to recommend them to anyone considering travelling or emigrating to Australia.
