I went on-line to request visas for both myself and my partner. I received an email confirming dispatch within 24 hours of applying and received the visas the following day. What other organization could/can possibly beat that?

Great service. It is incredible simple to fill in the information needed, with good and clear instructions. We filled in the application in five minutes, sent it and we had the Visas with us within 24 hours. It gave us peace of mind to have the documents so fast.

Very easy to apply for and received tourist visas within 2 working days. Only one very small complaint is that I did not receive email confirmation when visas were applied for so i wasn't sure if the request had been received.

I looked in detail at several sites offering to provide a visa (or tourist card) for Cuba. This one was among the cheapest, was easy to apply online, kept me informed as to progress and offered First Class Royal Mail tracking for the visa's return. The latter was particularly important as time was quite short and it was just before Christmas. Thank you.

Did the on line process and found it really simple and easy to use. Also price was not the rip off some companies are asking. Recieved the visas within 2 days. Really recommend these guys..
