On Wednesday around the middle of the day I made initial contact with Clear Visas to help get my wife's Marriage Visa. Everything seemed fine. I was sure I was told that I would receive an e mail that day, but I gave them the whole of Thursday to get it to me as well. When Friday evening rolled around I decided that between us my e mail address must have been wrongly received.

I phoned up. Something about a third party not sending it was mentioned, they apologised and sent it immediately.

Five minutes later I received an e mail from them, but unfortunately the information was addressed to someone else entirely.

As a company whose mandate should really be based around the accuracy of their clients details, getting a name correct is pretty essential. So I thanked the person I dealt with for their help so far and bade him farewell.
