Every morning I get the bus from outside my house at the same time ever day to work,however this morning the bus turned up 4 minutes early and drove straight past my stop, as I was literally about to be at the bus stop. Very unhappy with this as I had to quickly ring a taxi and it has made me wonder, I have had many bad experiences on the bus and are getting quite annoyed with the unreliability and bad service on buses. Please try and be more helpful in future, you're ruing peoples jobs here.

Stagecoach are now issuing plastic tickets to save their company money. Don't reuse them when your ticket expires destroy it and make them supply another one, it will lower their profits.
