The person I dealt with and his helper from Oklahoma Drainage and Sprinkler Repair came out in mid June and fixed our French drain. He said it was a well built drain and he thought the problem was probably that the end was plugged up. Everything had grown over so much out in the woods after all these years that we couldn’t find the end so he dug a new line from the northwest edge of the drain and put in new drainage line as well as a pop-up valve. He did a great job and only charged us $250 total. I waited to write this review until we had some cumulative rain and I was sure that the problem was fixed. We had 11 inches of very heavy rain during the night and into the morning in September. The drain worked beautifully. The water was rushing out of the drain so hard that it actually popped the critter prevention popup valve out of the ground, which we put back in after the rain stopped. The pool water is still clear and no liner floating. Did I mention we live 30 miles from anything and that wasn't a problem for the person I dealt with.
