worst company we have ever used, we had a boiler fitted by them, on the day of installation the engineer turned up 2 hours late saying he'd had trouble with the van and had to swap it for another, the job ran into another day, he was 2 hours late then too, we had a problem with the system, the engineer told us he would send an e-mail to his company and it would be rectified shortly after, after a week went by called them, we were told nothing had been reported, so made the first of four appointments booked, no one turned up for any of the four appointments having had time off work on two occasions had to re book each appointment myself and was told a different excuse each time they failed to turn up, disgraceful, still waiting for a fully working system 3 months after the boiler was fitted
