JC Plumbing and Heating, Scunthorpe

After being let down by another plumber the team came to our rescue. After getting in touch with him a team member came within an hour and assessed the boiler. It wasn't worth repairing so we agreed to a new boiler. An estimate came through the same day and a new boiler was delivered and fitted within 4 days. Workmanship and service was excellent. Plumbers were polite and helpful,they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Would highly recommend this firm after what we have been through recently with other plumbers letting us down. Will definitely use this firm from now on.

Wie needed our boiler serviced ready for the winter and I contacted these guys, they responded straight away and booked in a date and time to do the work. The boiler had a fault, which we thought it might, but they explained everything that needed doing and talked through it all. We booked in to have the repair done as the estimate and quote was sent through immediately.

Happy to say the boiler is working brilliantly and I would certainly recommend them. A friendly company that turn up on time, do a great job and leave the place spotless.

We rang this team to deal with a confused heating and water system after alterations and a renovation project, they quickly came out, discussed our options and made suggestions for the best way forward. They immediately sourced parts and completed the job to a perfect standard, all while communicating and discussing the process throughout. Well what can I say Boiler went on the Christmas Eve with no help from my home cover I rang these guys for a quote and he come out next day and had me a boiler fitted on the 3rd all done in a day gave us heat and water back I’ve worked with trade men all my working life but I have to say the team are the best I’ve had and would call them on all you needs as it’s nice to have a company that does what it’s says so many thanks guys a warm wharton house

A credit to the plumbing industry, nothing was too much trouble, they were very accommodating working around my work and my dad with Alzheimer’s, which was very much appreciated. Polite, friendly and made you feel at ease.
