I was without an oven and although I had a Plan with another company they could not get an Engineer out to me for a week, not very helpful. I was recommended to you by a friend who has used your services. I phoned the number at 7pm and left a message, by 8am the next day he had returned my call and actually came to do the job about 3 hours later, that is what I call SERVICE. The job was completed very satisfactorily and I was happy to have a hot oven once again. I would not hesitate to recommend this Engineer and already have another job lined up for him.
