On a positive note, the response to my request was quick. The individual was more interested in the paperwork rather than my problem. The problem superficially has been solved, this remains to be seen on a long term basis as no future advice was forthcoming. The individual involved did not inform me of his impending second visit and the door was answered by my decorator, I had just popped out for a few minutes, apparently during this exchange, a few choice words were expressed by this individual, which were unnecessary.
