Plumbing Service - he came and fixed broken pipe but damaged seperate previously watertight (for over 3 years) main heating pipe in process by smashing floorboards with a mallet (no power tools or check what was under the floorboards first). All other pipes were fine except the one under the floorboard smashed with a mallet multiple times. Make sure you record/video if in your property as both Able group denied they caused the damage and wanted to charge >£500 to fix the pipe he broke. A low quality company all round.

Really good service door was locked shut and broken. Man arrived promptly and professionally opened the door without damaging it. Removed the damaged lock and explained what had gone wrong and how to fix it. Very reasonable price too.

You do have to leave card details when you arrange the visit ie before you find out what happens when the person arrives, but at least that means there is no need to pay the chap who comes to the house.

Efficient descrete & prompt service. Minor niggle that follow up appointment did not offer option of a preferred time slot. Problem resolved fully with just 2 visits.

The Able Group Locksmith arrived promptly and took time to check whether our lock could be mended rather than replaced. He explained the problem and fitted a replacement lock, showing us why the old lock had failed. We appreciated his patience.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great understanding of the problem from my initial enquirey. Our plumber arrived within the timeframe quoted and did an excellent job in fixing the problem. Very impressed with the overall service.
