A Reliable Plumber - So There Is Such A Thing
I had a problem with my boiler and the heating in my flat on the coldest, snowiest day and it was March.
No-one wanted to come out until I phoned 1st Action but they gave me a time slot between 3.00 pm and 5.00 pm.
The engineer arrived at 3.30 pm as promised and we were up and running again within 40 minutes. It was a frozen condense pipe apparently.
A very nice man who left everything clean and spotless as well as fully operational

1stAction replaced my mothers bathroom in Westminster. What a magnificent job they did. The man was particularly helpful and was really patient with my mum who is in her 80's and hard of hearing. The came when they said they would come and really did a great job. She has since used them to replace ger boiler which was more than 25 years old. A really first class company.
