“Harry Potter London Studio Tour”

Written on: 06/08/2012

The studios were well designed, realistic and you felt you were a part of the story.
The tour ended at the Gift shop. This was one of the most disheartening experiences I have ever had. All the students were shocked at the prices of the sweets and gifts. For example the lolly pop was £5. The sweets were not original, just the packaging. Inside was an ordinary over-priced sweet you can buy in any shop in England.
All the students had brought money to buy something and not one could buy more than one thing as the prices were prohibitively expensive. Their faces and attitudes were so sad. I cannot understand how the studios can justify such a depressing end to an otherwise great tour.
There is a fine line between profit and greed, Warner Brothers have failed to recognise this.
