If you have a good product I don't mind paying. When you spend £200 for your family, you'd hope to get on some rides, in the end we ended up on 5 in 7 hours. At £8 per ride per person, the value is simply awful. All the extras are really expensive, qbot is an accessory which sums up the dreadful customer experience at the expense of profit. Why charge the customer for jumping queues. In business the government has made charging facilitation payments illegal under the bribery act. Here it is systemised! £10 for a photo, £8 for nail painting, £7 for face painting , 75 minute queues for the worst mini coaster means that really forget about enjoying yourself. I felt really ripped off and will not go again!
