Some times services and experience speak more than advertisement. Paras Holidays truly believe in offering the best. This was proved during our recent excursion trip to Europe,with them. We had heard about them but experienced for the first time. It is definitely worth trying

The worst organizors i have ever come across..highly unprofessional..You dont understand what commitment is..You guys dont know what is the meaning of holiday for a person and family.U guys are just greedy donkeys wanting money.You screw plans of people at the last moment despite you have been paid full amount.Go learn business before opening such bullshit.You say something and deliver nothing..not even anything close to a word u say..

I visited Italy 4th - 10th May, 2015. The trip , hotel bookings were done through M/s. Paras Holidays. It was told to us that the bill and payment receipt shall be given to you tomorrow. Now, its been 20 days. We are trying to reach them and everytime we are told that tomorrow it will be done. We dont know when the tomorrow will come. POOR SERVICE provided by them. We would recommend not to plan your visit through them.

First of all there was discrimination in the payment amount even amongst the people who had opted for the same package and made payment at the same time. We were charged Rs. 84 for each euro whereas some were charged Rs. 83 or even Rs.82 when forex rate was much less.

Secondly, there were different types of rooms provided to people though we were part of the same package. Some people had bigger better rooms while ours was smaller and this trend continued in several hotels across locations. Why was such discrimination done when each one had opted for the same package.

Though each place we visited always had some time limit and time duration given was so less that we couldnt see each place properly but the last day the tour guide was so lenient that he dropped us at the airport at aroung 9:40 when the flight boarding time was 11:20 and we had to run on our toes to be able to board the flight.

All these things really spoiled the trip which could have been an enjoyable one. Thumbs down to paras
