Booked a walking tour of Nashville for November 3rd. Bottom line the tour guide was a no show, and had all phone calls go to voicemail and did not return text messages. Even his office was unable to reach him. They said they would refund the price of the tour, but one week later it still has not been refunded. Not only was the person I dealt with a no show, later that night he contacted meand said he was there but couldn't find us. When I told him that I had proof as the old lady in the ticket booth knew him and what he looked like, and knew he wasn't there, he then threatened me with harassment charges if I contacted him again (he contacted me)
