I ordered a batch of Polanight 16 percent online at happysmileuk, but then read all these negative reviews so called them immediately to get a refund, spoke to a guy there who was friendly and even sent me a free pack to go along with , sample and go back and order if satisfied, full refund was issued and i got the pack the following day, no qualms what so ever.
