This was our first Hitachi purchase. We bought this tv in December 2015. In April 2016 the tv completely quit working. It was still under warranty with Hitachi. I submitted a clam to them on 4/28. They sent out a tech to attempt to fix it. It was unrepairable. On 5/20 I returned the release to Hitachi and asked that they reimburse us for the tv. To date I have not been reimbursed and they cannot tell me when I can expect to receive my money back. I will NEVER purchase another product from this company.
