The third time they have messed up orders in a row now. Utterly incompetent. Subway driver delivered someone else’s order. Tried to contact Uber eats support with No joy. Subway phone number just cuts off. Still not managed to get a resolution. Messaged them via Twitter and they send me a link to their rider support! How are eats still operating???!!! Time to sell those shares…

Ordered a food reached very late, no proper response. I hate their services.

Please dont use uber eats, in many ways they are very corrupt. Of course there are some decent people working there but the bad apples spoil the barrel. I ordered food and the driver went to the wrong address and waited there for 11 minutes before ringing me then cutting me off. I told uber eats customer service that I had paid and got no food and they basically said tuff. They said our delivery partner delivered the food. I asked for a refund and it was refused, they would not even credit my account so I deleted it and reported them to trading standards. The standards of customer care are extremely low and they lack integrity. I would never use them again and adise the same.
