“Unreliable product and appalling customer service”

I bought my tablet from John Lewis on 1st July,to serve me on a tour of Thailand. It lasted less than three months and froze completely on my 5th day in Thailand. my old Kindle continued to work . Customer service in Asia recognised my guarantee, but I could not get it fixed. I delivered the tablet to John Lewis on January 11TH,after an e mail correspondence with tech. support.
