Impressive performance on laminate flooring. Performs well on floorboards.Nice.

Whilst Air Ram are really good sweepers it does have set backs. We have had a Air Ram Sweeper since 2016 it is brilliant, However, six months ago I contacted the for a new on/off switch, the reply Hit the Switch with a Slipper. The sweeper is now in a position where it's off more than on so I contacted them again asking if they did shave a new switch and that I was going to get a second but only if they could provide a switch when it went wrong. I got no reply from them so I can only assume that they cannot or will not replace it. I have therefore gone off them and seeking a company that will supply a sweeper and full replacement parts. I will not buy again until then.

Does the job perfectly and thoroughly reliable. My friends are all jealous!

Excellent product in almost every way. Light, portable, easy to move around. Picks up very well. Charges quickly, battery lasts a decent amount of time. Only slight reservation would be that the dust collecting box lid has popped off a couple of times, with dust shooting into the air; when vacuuming along skirting boards and near door frames. But on the whole, excellent product! Strongly recommended!

I have had my GTECH for three years and I love it. I suffer with arthritis in my wrists and the lightness of this machine is made for me. When I bought my GTECH it had a five year guarantee. At the weekend it suddenly stopped working and was making a screeching noise. I phoned GTECH at 9 O'clock on Monday morning. I told the operator exactly what was happening. She found me on their system and checked out the details of my machine. She asked me to put the phone near to the air ram so she could hear the noise. She then told me to take the battery and the container that collects the dirt off the machine and keep them. she told me to wrap the bottom half off the machine up to return it. she said she would arrange for the delivery of a new machine and arrange collection of the other one. At 10 a.m. on Tuesday morning we had a new machine delivered and the old one was taken away. It is a long time since I have had that kind of service. Usually when you complain about a product you end up feeling like you have done something wrong for ringing the manufacturer about the problem. Full marks to GTECH A great machine and fantastic service

We purchased this as our Dyson was not able to handle pet hairs, it was getting clogged all the time. On reviewing the K9, we decided to go for it, and my god are we glad we did!!! It removes all pet hair, even the ingrained ones. Its brilliant on carpets and tiles. Its so light, quick and easy to use, and so very easy to empty. 10/10 Gtech!!!! Highly recommended.

I was very sceptical at first having been a Dyson owner for 8 months and disappointed each time I used it. Got the G-Tec and when I saw it I thought "Oh no, it's too small and flimsy" was tempted to send it back without trying! Now you couldn't part me from it. How easy it is to use, efficient, no cords, spot lights you name it, it's got it. Never use anything else forever and ever. Just bought the car kit as well, saved me a fortune on valeting, it takes literally minutes. What a find, what a great invention.

The cleaner is nice and light as advertised but compared to my Henry Extra with it's Aero head it is much harder to push around the carpet. If I had known this I would still have bought it as everything else is superb. When reading reveiws I was put off a bit by a reveiw that said changing the filters is a nightmare. After using it just once I decided to take the filters out to see how hard it was. It really is not hard at all whether this has been improved recently I don't know but I found it to be fairly easy. I will still use my Henry downstairs as I have a very large carpet area and use the Gtech upstairs. I also bought the Multi at a discount and this is briliant on the stairs and furnishings
