Never have I experienced such an appalling experience as when Interactive Investor imposed their new trading platform on existing users.

Help desk was 30 to 45 waiting time to reset login passwords etc, funds gone missing and dividend reinvestment dropped for all open end funds and ETFs.

And they claimed this new platform was a giant improvement....
