Arrived at Old Trafford 1 hour prior to opening time for concert, looking forward to get another Stones concert.
Herded like cattle all around the houses to pick up tickets from booking office. Walk was lengthy, as were queues and as a result we missed the support musician. There were lots of people behind us in the queue and we would not have been the only ones to miss part of the concert.
There was no warning we even needed to pick up hard copies of the tickets nor of the lengthy walk involved to do so. My husband who has problems
walking any distance struggled with the length of the walk.
Old Trafford are blaming Groupon who sold us the tickets for this, and have replied to my complaint in a disrespectful and patronising way. Nothing like passing the buck for their disgustingly poor organisation of this event!!!
We will be not be attending events at Old Trafford in future. Why on earth would we pay to be treated in such a disrespectful way, and not receive what we had paid for anyway?
Get your act together Old Trafford. You need to provide what people have paid for and also treat your customers with respect.
