Very disappointing

This tour was bought for my 11 year old son as a birthday present. It was supposed to start at 10:00, for an hour. The lady didn't turn up until 10:05 and it was finished at 10:45, so 40 minutes.

During this time we saw the changing room, walked into the stadium through the players entrance, sat in the dugout and then in the KOP. That was it.

All this time the tour guide talked about players from the past - all over the heads of the kids. They all looked thoroughly bored.

There must be so much more to see (TV studio, corporate boxes etc).

Really disappointing.
