Slazenger NYR 03 Pink Stick

I bought this Slazenger NYR 03 Pink Stick and within 2 hours had a major crack which developed into a a gash running just below the head of the stick. I got a replacement item which had the same problem, basically snapping within 2 hours of use, and now am being refused refund on the grounds it must be my hockey causing the issues!

Described as a composite stick, but its mainly wood : I know, i've seen the inside of 2 of them! I think there appears to be a major fault in these sticks, 2 of this type essentially snapped within 2 hours of playing time, with no excessive force or trauma. Only good point is it looks pretty!
