Slazenger V500 Pro

The Slazenger V500 Pro I have is 2lb 10oz in weight.

I have had it for over a season now, and it is always ready to use either in the nets or in a match. It is great quality, excellent balance, and is the kind of bat that will last for years.

It is not a sloggers bat in the same way as a Kookaburra Big Kahuna, or Gray Nicolls Powerbow, but does reward with a well timed shot. The quality of the willow used, and the nicely placed middle ensures that you will never tire of hitting the ball in the right place!

Ok, so it's a little plain and 'normal' to look at as bats go! The stickers are ordinary. There is no funky power curve of the blade. It is straight and orthordox. But with the introduction of the newer SXI type Slazenger bats, the V series is fast becoming unloved. But don't see this as bad! This means that there will be some fantastic bargains to be had! I paid a mere £50 for my V500 Pro. And for the quality of bat and willow, it has to be an amazing bargain!!!
