Ii Hired These Rossignol Skis Last Year At Levi, C
II hired these Rossignol skis last year at Levi, conditions on piste were extremely icy with blizzards later on in the holiday and I found these to be a great all round ski.
The real advantage was that when we got lost in poor visibility and had to go off piste to get back again, these ski's took everything seamlessly. They felt stable in all conditions, although they started to chatter a bit at speed.
If they were a car they'd be a Range Rover. All in all, although there are better ski's for a specific condition these are a very competent all rounder.
My Favorite.

These Are Incredible Skis. I Was Out Of The Skiing
These are incredible skis. I was out of the skiing game for 15yrs, and in one year back, I'm better than I was all that time ago. They are great on and off piste, and are fun in powder. If you are looking for a great all around ski, look no further.

Stable At Speed. Cuts Through Hard Pistes, And Goo
Stable at speed. Cuts through hard pistes, and good off piste.
Unfortunately they are hard work at low speeds, but the Rossignol Bandit B2 skis are a good choice for advanced work, yet enjoyable when cruising with intermediates on blues.

Equally At Home On And Off Piste, The Rossignol Ba
Equally at home on and off piste, the Rossignol Bandit B2 will have you skiing anything that looks white and cold. A true all mountain weapon that is equally at home on a GS slalom piste as it is on an unpisted monster with 8 inch deep crud.
Edge to edge is amazingly quick for a ski this wide.
A little soft to cope with off piste. But it doesn't chatter at high speed on piste like some off piste, or even on piste, skis can.
It has great flotation on deep crusty snow and ensures you have as much control as possible under the deepest of conditions.
Has a lot of grip and can handle icy pistes as well as any other ski I've seen.
I'm trying to think of a weakness that this ski has, but I can't. The only thing I can think of is that winter has to end which stops you using them. It's such an easy ski to use that it'll get you trying slopes you wouldn't have considered in the past.
Some magazines called this the best ski in 2004 and that Rossignol did the impossible by improving the Bandit XX. After trying these skis all I can say is that those magazines understated how good this ski is.
Cost: UK approx £460 to £480 including bindings. I bought mine in France for £420.
A superb ski for any level from intermediate to adrenalin addicted expert!!
