Independent Stage 9 Trucks...well, Here's The Thin

Independent Stage 9 Trucks...well, here's the thing...Alot of people say that Indy's are really heavy and that they weigh you down, so that you should buy lighter trucks; such as Royal and Thunder...well my friend bought Royal 4.0's? He ground them down to the point where he had negative clearance on his kingpin...in 2 months. Thunders...they turn too easily because the standard bushings are insanely soft, therefore they split pretty fast. I've only had two pairs of Indy's but that was because i bought two Pre-built completes. Usually Independent trucks come with a Life Time Guarantee so if for some reason you manage to break them, you can send either your damaged truck, or a picture of such, to Indy and they'll happily replace them. There is a slight weight difference between other trucks and Indy's, but if you can skate anyway? And you aren't one of these ollie n manny-addicts, you'll be fine. They turn perfect, they're extremely strong. Slight downfall is the price, but they're deffinitely worth it. They come in decent colourways, but the forged Iron Cross gives a beasty look to the trucks. Overall? Buy it. Shut up about the price. And dont find a fault, because you'll be there all day. :D

I Just Got These In 139's. Fit My 8" Board Perfec

I just got these in 139's. Fit my 8" board perfectly, ive skated on them for a couple days and they're barely grinded down. Not that heavy at all, i can do all of my flip tricks and still skate the bowls amazing to. Ive skated indys since the 1st day i started skating and i have no regrets. These trucks are literally "Built to Grind." Indy for Life

Indies Stage 9 Lows Are The Lightest Trucks I've H

Indies Stage 9 Lows are the lightest trucks I've had, idk how ppl call em heavy, i've skater heavier ones but that doesnt rele affect my tricks that much, Grinds are smooth, only flaw i can think of is that the orange bushings were too lose for me, but i replaced them with the ones on my old trucks so no big deal, go ride Indies :D

I've Ridden Many Different Types Of Trucks Over Th

I've ridden many different types of trucks over the years, and have ridden Independent Stage 9's for a fair amount of time. However, what needs to be pointed out is that their weight is a disadvantage, especially for technical street skating. I wouldn't take too much notice of their marketing spiel either (F#@"! the rest / Built to Grind etc.), it's misleading - get the trucks that suit you, your style of skating and the terrain you're going to be riding.

First Of All I Weigh 235 Lbs... Am 36.... Been Ska

First of all I weigh 235 lbs... Am 36.... Been skating for years... Indys are the real deal. Made the mistake of buying Grind Kings a few years ago... Independents have been the truck of choice for 30 years for reasons other than the cool looking iron cross logo!!! I love my 149 stage 9's.

New Stage X Have A Stronger Baseplate. They Still

New stage x have a stronger baseplate. They still have different choice between low and high(standard). This trucks are build to grind since 1978. The only problem is with the standard bushings because I'm heavyweight so I replace it with hard one and now they are perfect!!!

What Can I Say That Hasnt Already Been Said. Been

What can i say that hasnt already been said. Been Skating for 20 years and started off in Indys. Tried practically every truck company from Gullwing (silver shadows), furys, tracker, royal, tensor...you get the picture....

I have always ended up back on Indys. Nothing beats the feel they give you when skating any terrain whether it is bowls, ramps or street. Simply the best trucks on the market and i have never snapped a set but i have on most of the other companies. If you want a truck that you can rely on get these. If you are worried about weight then try these out and you will be suprised on how light they are.

Ignore the hype and try for yourself... 20 years of skating has taught me 1 major thing. Independents are the best trucks to skate.
