They are one of the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever bought. If you put them on before going walking they quickly tighten around your legs and feet. Even when they are loosened they keep tightening around the ankles creating a tornequet. The back heel area at the end of the zips creates fast and furious blisters!!Waste of money unless you can find a poor unsespecting victim to break them in for you.
