This is a good looking trolley but
the screws on the wheels come loose
and the electric control plays up
but the worst fault is the main bracket which is awkward to use
and finally breaks and needs a weld.
nor a good buy

I purchased this trolley from an ebay trader - big mistake. I have got through about 4 sets of wheels numerous pins and now the electrics are faulty. Don't make the same mistake as me.

I Purchased The Vivo Electric Trolley 18 Months Ag
I purchased the Vivo electric trolley 18 months ago and have used it about 15 times. I had to replace the pins that the wheels attach to after about 6 months. Now I find that the bottom bracket weld has cracked, the three tyres have worn through and the switch is faulty. Obviously since it is 18 months old the retailer is not interested.
I would suggest everyone should look elsewhere for an electric trolley.
I purchased the vivo trolley about 5mths ago from an ebay trader. The battery packed up and electrics have shorted out. I contacted the trader and was informed that the battery and wheels are over the 3mths warrenty so would have to sort out myself. I was very proud going up the 1st with my remote trolley but has you can guess it's now very embarressing. The old saying you only get what you pay for (How true)
My trolly is 8 months old it has also broken in same place retailer is not being very helpfull they dont seem to have any spare parts & want me to get it welded previously a wheel snapped and they charged me £12 for replacement saying it wasn't covered under warrenty big mistake buying this heap

The Vivo Slr Electric Golf Trolly Has A Very Nice
the vivo slr electric golf trolly has a very nice original design, very light & nice looking wheels & a reasonable price of around 170 pounds plus postage.
but it does come with problems... the small pins (4x20mm) which go through the drive shafts which the wheels attach to sheer very easily.
you have a heavy golf bag & clubs plus the golf trolly & all that drives the trolly is 2 small high tensile 4 mm pins.
it would be advisable to purchase some pins from a hardware store because they will sheer.
another fault i have found is that the 2 M4 bolts that hold the drive onto the wheel become loose very easy & you lose them without knowing.
i dont think the wheel to axel setup is very good & is prone to be a constant repair.
the trolly itself is very nice with a powerfull 36 hole battery & when not needing a repair works very well.
good review and i myself have a remote vivo trolley but has developed a loud click noise in left driveshaft at each wheel revolution.
tried to get help from seller nex gensales but he wont reply.
also remote played up and took it apart to find bare wire inside.
can you buy spares for these trolleys anyone?
Q&A
Where can I find spare parts for a Vivo remote trolley model no.199L? The ebay supplier ceased trading. It needs new nylon gears, which I have replaced in the past.
