Motocaddy Explorer

The best trolley I have ever owned and very reliable. Having bought my S1 Motocaddy golf trolley last year, I am absolutely delighted with how much better it has been than my previous trolleys (I wont mention the brands). But this is now my third trolley and by far the best by some margin, its very responsive and the battery holds its charge for the full 36 holes.

I play about 10 times a month on a very hilly course and it has never let me down.

There was one small problem with it and I must admit, the speed and efficiency in which the problem was resolved was extremely impressive. The person who was my contact at the customer service department, replied to my email very quickly and had even stayed on beyond her shift to make sure that I was satisfied before she went home for the weekend.

Its not often that you get such a personable service and she then went on to make sure that I was completely satisfied before closing the case.

I would totally recommend this company and their products, seems to me they actually care.
