Taylor Made R7 Driver (Mens)

Just got my r9 460 10.50 degree and went down to the range with it, super hit and sound off the head, which looks good to look down at. My drive's were very consistent but were tailing off 3/4 way out, so I changed the setting a 1/2 a turn right ( I'm a lefty) and bingo. Straight to the course for a quick 9 holes, delighted with this club, I hit all fairways and was longer by 20/30 yards but most of all, I really enjoyed standing on the tee box with great confidence. Club itself was rated 9, I would give it a 10, its like brand new and delivery was ordered on Monday and got to me in the Northwest of Ireland on Thursday, thx golfbidder.

The Taylor Made R7 driver is awesome, thats all that needs to be said. Its comfortable and forgiving and I can out drive my companions now. This is the best club I have brought in a long time.

This Taylor Made R7 is a good driver. I used to use the Callaway Steelhead 11.5 degree driver and could hit it straight a good 250 yards. This is a 10.5 degree driver with adjustable weights which can be moved around in the head of the driver. This enables the user to potentially cure hooks or slices. I have mine set up in a neutral position as I don't have a major hook or slice.

I can hit this driver 275 - 300 yards. I play off a 15 handicap and have never had another player hit the ball further (including single handicap players). I'm only about 6 feet tall and medium build. It's not about strength tho. It's all about a nice clean swing and clean contact. I have a naturally slow swing and people who play with me find it incredible that I hit so far with this club given my swing speed.

Once you contact there is a thunderous louds noise and the ball flies off very quickly. I enjoy this club and feel extremely confident when using it. I never hit it under 220 yards, even with bad shots. The titanium head is light and causes particles of sand on the tee to ignite and spark on the tee which can be seen in lower light conditions. Sure looks cool! Try one before you buy, but it wont disappoint.
