Snap Swivels & Hooks - UK-Hooks Ltd

I ordered and paid for stainless steel snap links with swivels for salt water use and got sent black nickel ones. It took just three emails to the proprietor Mike Taylor of UK-Hooks Ltd (Isle of Wight)for me to realise that I was wasting my time even complaining. His attitude and customer care is deplorable. This was the first time I had ever placed an order with UK-Hooks.com and I shall not be contacting them ever again. I would not recommend this company to anybody for the purchasing of fishing tackle.

The goods I received are inferior to the type I paid for and should have received. It isn't worth the postage cost to send them back and it makes you wonder if they know this and it forms part of their game plan.I am very annoyed with myself for placing an order with UK-Hooks and now wished that I'd used my usual mail order outlet instead.
