I Like My Gaiam Mat, It Is Lightweight And Really
I like my Gaiam mat, it is lightweight and really good for cushioning while still letting you feel the ground beneath you- vital for a good yoga session as you need to be 'grounded'. The only f=drawback is I find if I'm a bit hot, it can get a bit slippy- no major problems, but something to be aware of.
