Puma Tenos IV

I bought a pair of running shoes and suffered like you wouldnt believe with them. They hurt my legs and I couldnt run for a couple of weeks.I wasnt sure whether it was me or the shoes at fault. I went to a running shop and spoke to a guy, I tried on about 6 different pairs of shoes before deciding on the Puma Tenos IV and they are amazing.After looking at the way I run the guy in the shop recommended these as they had more control in the middle of the shoe and i can tell the difference straight away. I am training for a charity run and the first time i wore these shoes i completed my run in a better time and a better physical condition.Take this review one of two ways: 1. The shoes are great or 2. Always buy your running shoes from a proper running shop.Personally I think both are true.
