I know it's the best place to work out, but it's what my pocket can afford. Manners are good and staff is always willing to help.

I'm not sure if I use this services again, but the company is an average one. Nothing special, but I can't enlight any bad details. Just an average grade from me

This is owned by a very low individual and the standard of training is shocking.

He cons his trainers and refuses to uphold contracts. He has taken clients from trainers that work there. Which means he is actually taking money out of poeples pockets.

He is currently in breach of contract and is refusing to pay out money he owes to a friend of mine.

The gym in itself is bad and so is the training provided. You pay well over the odds for a persoanl program and you get the same as everyone else.

WORST FITNESS STUDIO THERE IS. At no point was the level of service that was promised ever provided.I was tricked out of my money and I'd never suggest anyone go there again. I purchased a months sessions and after that never went back.

I used to train there so I know exactly whats going on, I was aformer client of one of the trainers.

Never go there find a better gym there are many ut there. Here is a link so you know where it is and can avoid it. Use your money wisely.
