Vivotion Excel 2000

Ordered the item expecting next day delivery. 2 weeks later the item arrived, boxed well. Opened box and assembled. Took a while but devastated to find 5 damaged parts. Started ringing Simply Fitness to get spares. After days of trying i got no-where at all. I gave up and am awaiting a collection and full refund. Nightmare.

I opted for a full refund (rather than a replacement) because the customer service did not fill me with much confidence.

Driver who was meant to pick up the return didn't realise he was coming to pick up a treadmill' so refused (??) to collect it.

Been trying for a week to contact them on the phone and via email to arrange another pick up but to no avail.

From their website, it seems like when things go well, it's great. But when things do not go well it's a nightmare. Would never use again and would advise those who choose to to use a credit card just in case.
