Horrible Trampoline. I Bought An Atlantic Kogee T
Horrible trampoline. I bought an Atlantic Kogee trampoline a few months ago, and the frame broke. I tried calling their customer service rep and was accused of using excessive weight. I've never had more than 1 person jump on the trampoline, and I'm only 195lbs. If 195lbs is too much weight, they should have specified that on their website.
I disagree with this review because i work for atlantictrampolines and our products have been tested to a very high standard and the weight limits are exact, we have sold over 30,000 trampolines during our time of trading and the only issue we have ever had with springs stretching is when the weight limit has been exceeded.Bristol university are currently doing further tests on our trampolines and we would have advised the customer to return the damaged items so we could forward them on to them for further testing, should they be found to be faulty replacement parts would be supplied free of charge and any costs associated with the return costs incurred by the customer being refunded.We understand reviewcentre.com has a policy that states "Do not criticize other reviewers or their reviews." and we have tried not to do this but feel that comments like this need addressing to show that we are a company that cares and will always try and resolve any issues our customers have.

We were missing a couple of parts, most likely due to a damaged box - but i say this as a positive because the service in replacing them was extremely prompt and flexible. It's when things go wrong you find out if a company provides good service and they were great.

Very pleased with my new purchase, has give my children hours of fun and also plenty of exercise which they wouldn't of had if we bought them a games console, I purchased from the website but have since found they also sell on EBay so try there before buying on the website and you will probably find it cheaper by bidding but remember that there are postage costs if you purchase through EBay.

They Sell Trampolines Through There Website But Al
They sell trampolines through there website but also have the same items on ebay, save yourself some money if you can get it off ebay, i paid £160.00 for a 14ft trampoline with safety net, ladder and all year round weather cover and had it delivered within 24 hours after other suppliers told me there would be up to a 4 week wait for delivery of one of there trampolines.
