One of a chain. Despite purchasing membership, this does not entitle you to go to a specific class, even though this was the reason you joined in the first place. Classes have to be booked, and you can only book one week in advance. so if you're away, and can't make contact the week before you return, you miss even more classes and may not even be able to get into the class for some considerable time. When classes are oversubscribed, the management should put on extra classes, but they don't. In addition, if you are even a minute or two late for a class, you may well find your place given to someone else. As the few lavatories are some distance (and a floor) away from some of the studios, you can find that just going to the loo results in you losing your place. Despite the excellence of the above instructors, I will not be rejoining and would not recommend others to join.
