Value For Money
Horrendous Gym-steer Clear
The staff are very impolite and try their best to make life difficult. The majority of the machines are not even in working order therefore you are being charged a fee for nothing. Worst gym I ever signed up to.

Cardiff (coryton) Classes Are Included And Ar
Cardiff (Coryton)
Classes are included and are good and there are lots of them timetabled.
Gym staff are friendly.
Equipment is adequate and well maintained but crammed in.
Changing facilities are adequate.
Showers grubby and loose tiles mean they smell.
Membership staff are difficult to get hold of and the club never has never asked me for feedback despite being a member for 4 years. When I have offered it at reception there was no response from management.
At £56 / month the club (except the equipment) is not maintained to the standard you would expect.

Hyde Manchester.signed Up For A Monthly Payment Pl
Hyde Manchester.Signed up for a monthly payment plan but found out had been signed up for 12 months and could not cancel or change. Customer service is a joke. Facilities are poor for the amount they charge for membership. Opening/closing times can be changed when ever they feel like it without giving any notice. Showers need a good clean but really need a refurbishment. Machines are always breaking which also include the water machine and turnstile. Unindated with sales emails but all the offers that members are entitled to are not emailed and no letters sent. The only way you find out is by word of mouth. Had an offer of 40% off food instead of 20% but was later told were half portions and not up to satndard. Would not recommend to anyone unless you can attend all the classes then could be worth the high membership fee.

I'm A Member Of Village Fit North Leeds.
I'm a member of Village Fit North Leeds.
Good Points:
The gym itself is perfectly adequate
The staff are all friendly.
Bad Points:
Getting anyone to answer the phone can be a trial.
The pool may be 25m but I'd call it a play pool as its peanut shape makes it hard to do any traditional laps.
The steam room breaks down frequently, the spa is barely a degree hotter than the pool and the cold showers for use after a steam or sauna are rusted through and no longer work.
The sun showers frequently swallow your money and the staff have no guidance on how strong they are or advice on how to use them.
When something breaks it takes forever and a day to fix.
Most of the lockers are locked and without keys even when the gym is empty.
The Paper towel dispensers are infrequently filled and often empty.
The squash courts are poorly maintained with holes in the playing wall and lights that go off in the middle of games.
Although the staff are all friendly they all appear to be singing from different hymn books and rarely give the same answer to a query.
Advertised times are inconsistent and misleading, finishing at a particular time it all depends on the day and activity as to if that time is the correct time or not. i.e. 11pm is the advertised closing time on Mon to Thursday however you get booted out of the pool at 10:40 to take into account the time it may take you to get changed, on Sundays however the advertised 9pm closing time means just that and you can swim or use the gym all the way up to 9pm changing time as you would expect is allowed for.
I could go on..
Not recommended.

I Could Go On For Some Time. Enough To Say The Run
I could go on for some time. Enough to say the running of this place is an absolute shambles. Ive been a member of Village centres for nearly 10 years and I cannot believe the company would allow such a debacle, as what is occurring on a daily basis at Ashton Moss
