I would say not to join this gym as there have been plenty of burglaries at their Kensington Olympia branch but management is keeping their ears closed and haven't even put a warning sign after a spate of thefts. I have been member of this club and my partner has his valuables stolen after his locker was broken into. On telling the management, there response was of apathy and they said that they have had many such incidents recently but why the hell they can't put a warning of the same saying 'thieves operate in this area etc'.

You don't want to go to a gym and feel insecure that your things/ valuables would be stolen.

Stay away from this place is my word.

As per the previous review - these people treat members like dirt. I've been a regular (full paying) member for 3-4 years and it is simply impossible to speak to anyone about any membership matter. The weekend and evening class schedule is poor (this is a residential area not a corporate/office worker area). A recent attempt to speak to someone after they cut several evening/weekend classes resulted in ignored emails, ignored phone calls, an in-person visit where they took my details on a scrap of paper and said they would 'find someone to call me back'. Of course, that has not happened. They clearly do not care about what their customers/members think and have no interest in finding out. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!

The premises and facilities at Thirty Seven Degrees in West Kensington are good, but the staff could not care less about members; there is no customer service.

There is a great push to sell membership and during that initial conversation they conveniently forget to give details that will effect your ability to cancel. They hide behind the terms and conditions (which you cannot view at that stage) yet they detail them all when you request cancellation. I wrote to explain why I thought that I should play only a month's notice rather than the 7 weeks that they want to charge and received an email from one staff member to another saying 'Hi Pete, This woman is eating me alive! Any ideas?'

Would you want to be a member of a club that treats members like that? I'd advise going elsewhere.
