The Fitness Zone, Peterborough

Really helpful and friendly staff, as a complete beginner I felt very nervous about going to a gym for the first time. The fitness zone in Peterborough is a ladies only club for beginners just like myself, Have been going about six months now , just twice a week and have lost two stone !! feel so much more energetic !! I feel like I'm ten years younger, have recommended to several friends and they also getting great results.

P.S the class's are great fun.
